You will work closely with the Branding, Marketing, and Communications Organization (BMC) and the DFF Product Council, managing support technology providers and leading the successful delivery of technology for the high digital experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the Technology team to plan and implement the build, release, and test of all future functionality of the new platform. This includes activating the best project teams as well as managing active services and legacy withdrawals.
As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you are responsible for:
-Lead a team with geographically dispersed resources to implement technology projects on time and within budget for the domains and territories for which you are responsible.
-Maintain full reporting of customer satisfaction and overall delivery rates in specific CBS services or roles and geographic responsibilities.
-Work with your team to identify the activities required to successfully implement a project across service lines or functions.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and overall excellent performance by identifying opportunities (or problems) and helping them solve them quickly.
