  1. Get a Degree – The first step in pursuing a career in law is to get a degree. After the degree is over, ensure you take a specialization course in one particular field.   2. Enroll in a Law School – After finishing your degree and specialization course, you are required to spend 4 years minimum in a law school. However, the duration may vary depending on the country you reside.
  3. Pass the State Bar Exam – You are required to pass the state bar exam which takes place for about 18 hours. These long hours are all about your level knowledge and understanding you possess related to the field of law.
  4. Character Review – After the first 3 steps are done, you character review will be done. The review is done based on social behavior in general, behavior in school, college etc.
  5. Oath – If everything goes smoothly, the last step is for you to take an oath to declare that you will follow all the rules as a lawyer.
